I live in a four bedroom apartment, which I am trying to lease my one bedroom and private bath from May 15-Aug

?It is a Great location. Accessible from W T Harriss and Old Concord Road. Very close to school. 
?A lot of amenities such as a shuttle that takes you to school and Thursday, Friday, Saturday to up town.

I am the only one who lived in this apartment because I was the first to sign, I keep my area (and my roommates do also)  in a clean condition so everything is basically like new.  
 
The only reason I listed it BELOW MY RENT PRICE is due to the fact of a family emergency I need to go back home 4 and a half hours away. Normally the rooms go for the closer to 580 dollar range. 
 
Right after school is over I intend on leaving. So middle of May is available which I am proposing to just have someone pay a portion of the rent if immediate move in is wanted. Or move in June-August. If someone is highly interested I may negotiate the price. But you must understand I am paying me out of pocket for the subleasing fee as well as a slight portion of the rent, in hopes of finding a subtitle subletter.
